Unbeatable and good location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. Further, it was so close to Ballybunion centre and Ireland.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy bed and breakfast. The owner, Sean, warmly greeted us and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room had a beautiful view of the sea and was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and personalized breakfast options. Sean even arranged golf tee times for us throughout Ireland. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this spot. it was a delightful experience.

I had a great stay at this B&B near the town centre with lovely views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds with sheets over the mattresses. The breakfast was delicious, filling, and made to dietary requirements. The owner was friendly, attentive and made amazing porridge in the morning. The hotel had easy parking and good transportation links.
Not obvious to find.

This cozy accommodation is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Despite being near the center, the property is also quiet and peaceful. the rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds, with fresh linens. the breakfast served is delicious and fresh, prepared with great care. the owner is friendly and attentive, making sure all guests have a pleasant stay.
The bathroom facilities could do with a refresh, as the paint has started to degrade in some areas.

Seanor House is set in scenic green pastures, perfect for pretending to be a character in a romantic novel. The panoramic views of Ballybunion Golf Club make for great Facebook bragging. Buying domains of this quality gives me a sense of accomplishment.
Who needs speedy service or updated Whois information within a reasonable timeframe? Waiting up to 5 days for it is just so thrilling.

I got great value for my money at this BnB in Ballybunion. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with a 4-year-old. The location was quiet yet convenient, just a short drive into town. The owner, Sean, was a true gentleman and a fantastic host.
The breakfast selection could use more variety.

Panoramic views of the famous Ballybunion Golf Club. The room I stayed in faced the rear of the premises, but I still felt like a golfing pro with the view overlooking the scenic green pastures. It was like having my own private golf course right outside my window.
Busier town preferred.

Great view of pastures and the sea in the distance! Awesome Irish breakfast. Perfectly placed for golfers.
Not worth the price. Old dust covered headboards.

Stayed over Christmas and was pleasantly surprised with the festive decorations in the common areas. The breakfast was warm and satisfying, and the host was accommodating to our dietary restrictions. The location was convenient to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The room was outdated and could benefit from some modernization. The bedding had a musty smell and was uncomfortable.
